Solutions Architect on a Technical Assistance to IBB toward the implementation of Smart City initiatives, including disaster/crisis management, citizen services, analytical tools, and a sophisticated portal, through the deployment of “Big Data” applications, GIS platform, and advanced ICT technologies. For each initiative: Establishment of opportunities for enhancement; applications and facilities for the recommended solutions; technical specifications for all components; Cost analysis and financial evaluation of each initiative; potential sources of funding and financing mechanisms; associated regulatory and policy issues; and implementation plan for all recommended solutions.
