Defined the strategy, organizational structure, and comprehensive business plan for the DICT Cloud Center of Excellence intended to catalyze adoption of cloud services in the government sector. Developed the operating plan for the CCoE’s scope of work over a three year period, including educational programs, training workshops and outreach to government stakeholders and vendor constituencies, and recommended a sustainable funding model through a Public-Private-Partnership between U.S. cloud services providers and the DICT.
