Designed an Intelligent Operations Center and respective plan for integration and connection of databases; developed interactive relationships between the Intelligent Operations Center and the City Traffic Management Operations Center, Emergency Communications Centers, and other existing and planned operations centers.

Prepared the functional and technical requirements for a common, shared data management platform focused on public safety and transportation data and analysis needs, capable of replication with other city departments, including methods for incorporating the existing data into a common shared platform.

Implement an infrastructure capable of supporting virtualization (server, network, application, processor and memory, data and storage), public and private cloud, big data environment, data center and communications capabilities necessary to support access, storage and processing of the data received from devices and other sources related to the aforementioned initiatives.

Provided assessment of current use of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Function as a Service (FaaS) models by reviewing the current infrastructure, assessment of the current IT environment and associated IT infrastructure, providing recommendations for a new infrastructure capable of supporting the planned needs in support of mentioned cloud technologies.
